What to Expect When Working Together
Coaching works best when both the coach and the client/coachee show up with intention, clarity, and commitment. Below are the guiding principles that support a productive, respectful, and results-oriented relationship, should you choose to enroll in a program…
🤝 1. Coachee and Coach Both Commit To:
- Showing up on time, prepared, and fully present for all scheduled sessions
- Communicating honestly and respectfully, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Approaching the coaching relationship with mutual trust, curiosity, and confidentiality
- Acknowledging that financial transformation takes time and effort—there are no shortcuts
- Staying focused on progress, not perfection
💼 2. Coachee Commits To:
- Taking ownership of your journey—I’ll guide you, but you do the work
- Being open and honest about your financial situation so we can build a true picture
- Giving at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling (except in emergencies)
- Following through on action steps between sessions, knowing that change requires consistency
- Asking questions and speaking up when you’re unsure—this is your space to grow
- Understanding that I am not a licensed financial advisor, and will not give:
- Stock or fund recommendations
- Tax, legal, or insurance advice
- Investment management services
📈 3. Coach Commits To:
- Bringing structure, support, and experience to every session
- Sharing frameworks, strategies, and mindset shifts that are rooted in real-world results—including my own journey from a negative net worth to millionaire status
- Treating all client/coachee information with confidentiality and respect
- Responding to “Quick Questions” by email within the time promised in your package (typically 24–48 hours)
- Being honest, courteous, and encouraging—while still challenging you to think bigger and act boldly
- Helping you clarify your goals and take aligned action—not just dream about financial freedom, but actually build it
📝 Final Note
By choosing to work together, we’re both committing to a coaching relationship built on integrity, accountability, and transformation. These ground rules aren’t just policies—they’re the foundation for your success.
